Week of December 3-7, 2012

**7th graders will take MAP tests this week.  Reading will be Tuesday morning, and math will be Thursday morning.  Try not to miss!!!

7th ELA
Students are focusing on myths this week.  We will be reading from our literature textbook.  Vocabulary for this week is Greek/Latin roots that can be found on page 651 in the literature book.  A vocabulary test will be on Friday. 7th SS
Students are studying Imperialism this week.  They got a study guide today and will have a test on Friday. 

6th ELA

Chapter 8 test on Ancient Greece is Tuesday.  Study guide was given last Wednesday/Thursday.  Students will begin study on The Greek World (Ch 9)
