7th ELA- vocab for the week, test on Thursday, dormant, persistent, comprise, eddy, convulse, haunch, tendril, crest, flail, tinder.
We are reading Hatchet in class. Chapters to read this week are 7-12.
7th SS- We will be studying WWII for the next two weeks. This week we will read section 21-2 and have an open book quiz. A study guide will be given on Wed and the test will be next week.
6th ELA- vocab for the week, test on Thursday. reassurance, saunter, seep, indignant, pneumonia, scowl, suspicious, rile ...west class also has, scheme, urgency, humdrum, crescendo, reproach, acrid, despicable, flimsy.
We are reading Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry. We will be reading chapters 6-10 this week.
6th SS- We are studying the Early Americas this week. We will finish this chapter, but will not have a test. We will do something openbook at the end of the week.
