Science and Math night Thursday March 1st 5-6:30 drop in...book fair will be open.
7th ELA- no vocab this week. We will be finishing the novel Devil's Arithmetic and have a comprehension test on Wednesday. Encourage your child to read any chapters they have missed from being absent. We will watch the movie on Friday of this week.
7th SS- We will be studying the Great Depression and some of the programs that were formed as a result of this. A study guide will be given on Thursday and the test will be next week.
6th ELA-We will begin a new novel...Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry. We will read chapters 1-2 and have a quiz on Friday. Vocab for the week.....raucous, penchant, monotonous, reverberate, sinewy, disposition, vigorous, audible, scarlet, gully, indignant, ebbed, loitering, formidable, morse.. test on Friday.
6th SS- Study guide for chapter 14 will be given on Monday and the test will be on Friday of this week.
