7th-
ELA- words for the week...figurative language, metaphor, extended metaphor, simile, personification, onomatopoeia, hyperbole, idiom, oxymoron, palindrome...test Friday!
We will be finishing Among the Hidden and taking an end of the novel quiz. They will be able to use their books, but it is important that if you child missed any days they need to read the chapters they missed while being out.
SS- We will be reading section 18-2 this week and working in our SC reinforcement guide with any material related to the Scientific Revolution.
6th

We will be finishing There's a Boy in the Girls Bathroom this week and will take an end of the novel test.
SS- Chapter 5 on India is the chapter we are working on this week. The students will receive a study guide on Wednesday or Thursday and the test will be next week.
