Week January 4-7
7th
ELA- We will be reading Who Put That Hair in My Toothbrush? Vocabulary words for this week were given -- convict, nonchalant, lacrosse, infuriates, recoiled, pneumonia, immune, vaccinated, persecuted, gruesome. Test will be Friday.
SS- Finished up chapter 19 section 1 and will be working on a study guide on Nationalism and the test will be Wed of next week. Chapter 19 test will be Friday..openbook.
6th
ELA- We will be reading There's a Boy in the Girls' Bathroom . Vocabulary for this week is ---timid, modest, auditorium, assure, assert, anguish, shrug, reluctant, corridor, counselor, flabbergast, intimidate, oppressor, strewn, tolerate. Test will be Friday.
SS- We will begin chapter 10 (The Roman Republic). The study guide will be given on Thursday and the test will be Wednesday of next week.

We will be going on a Field Trip on January 25th to the Peace Center in Greenville. The students that are eligible to go were given a note on Tuesday. The money needs to be in on Wednesday of next week(Jan 12th). If you have a problem with sending the money by that date, please send us a note or email.
