Our first nine weeks is over. Much has been done in all our classes. 6th and 7th grade ELA classes have completed 2 novels each, and our social studies classes are deep into ancient civilizations and the American Revolution.
7th ELA classes are currently reading The Man Who Loved Clowns. Students have a vocabulary test this Friday on words given today. We hope to finish this novel by Friday of this week.
6th ELA classes are reading Lottery Rose and have a word list with a vocabulary test this Friday.
7th SS is reviewing facts about the Scientific Revolution and have a quiz on Friday. Study the chart you worked on in class.
6th SS just began Ch 6 on Ancient China. Remember to look over each section at night to make sure you understand what we covered in class.
Field Trip this Thursday to Lander for a performance of Celtic Crossroads. We will enjoy lunch at Pizza Inn in Greenwood before the performance.
